Return Policy

We are committed to provide our customerswith complete satisfaction. We strive to enhance the shopping experience, while providing the best quality products. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

 

In case you are unsatisfied with the product received, we request that you contact our Customer Care team at customercare@wowtrendy.com and we shall respondto you at the earliestopportunity.

 

  • Return requestsshould be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
  • All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
  • Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
  • Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.

 

Damaged External Packaging at the time of Order Delivery

On receipt of products, if you notice that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with; we recommend not accepting the package, putting your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately. We will handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier company.

 

In such an event, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will dispatch the product to you again.

 

Product Received in Damaged Condition or with Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Product Delivered

 

a)   Return via Wowtrendy:

 

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, or is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging along with original tags and invoice for refund, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

 

b) Return through Self-Shipment:

 

Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice (included with your parcel) making sure to check the box in the 'Refund Request' section, then send the parcel to our returns department at:

We offer several options for returning your parcels, but the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

We are unable to accept responsibility for returns damaged or lost during their return.

 

READ THE POINTS BELOW CAREFULLY REGARDING ALL RETURNS:

 

  • The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery for security purposes which will insure you for the value of the goods.
  • Please keep a record of proof of postage with tracking number.
  • Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
  • If you receive a complimentary gift with your order(s) as part of a ‘gift with purchase’ promotion you must return the gift to us with your item(s).

Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty. 

 

 

 

EXCHANGES

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Fill in your pre-printed return/exchange form indicating which item(s) you are returning and request what item you would like to exchange your order for in the Exchange Details section.

Place the completed form in the parcel you are returning to us along with your item(s).

Then follow the How to return your order section above.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability in order to guarantee the item we advise you to place a new order and return your original item for a refund. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. In most cases, you will need to return your item(s) for assessment by our returns department.

Once the item(s) is returned a member of our customer care team will inspect the item to determine the cause of the fault and whether you are entitled to a refund, exchange or repair. In some cases, we will have to liaise with the supplier directly.


If an exchange is offered on a faulty item please be aware that we are only able to do so subject to availability. A full refund will only be offered if the item cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable length of time.

Our Obligations:

 

Post receipt of the Returned Product(s), our Quality Check team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the replacement or refund for your transaction. If however the return is not approved as an eligible return, we will courier the same Product(s) back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 to 10 days

 

We may be provided Refunds in the event of:


(i) Cancellation by Customer or Wowtrendy, prior to the shipment of the products ordered / purchased;

(ii) Return of one or more products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for Return.

 

The refund in above scenarios will be as per the manner set out hereunder:-

 

. Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:

 

If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, (Will be reflected on yournext statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.

 

Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.

 

c) Refund Timelines

We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status.

 

The Customer should take note of the following:

Since the products are manufactured in assortment, there may be possibilities that colours of the product delivered may vary in actual colour. In case of Prints or Checks, we produce various patterns in assortment, so actual print or check of the product delivered might be different from product shown on the website. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
